• Logon to Internet Banking to switch, view, print and save your statements
• Access at least 2 years of account history
• Eligible accounts can switch to eStatements and replace paper statements with electronic copies to be viewed online

There’s no need to wait for your statement to arrive in the mail. Switch today and replace paper statements with eStatements. It means we save paper and the environment benefits.

Switching to eStatements is free and easy, simply:

1. Go to BankSA Internet Banking online
2. Click eStatements, then select ‘Switch to eStatements’
3. Select the accounts that are eligible to switch, and follow the steps

You can also view an online version of your paper statement via Internet Banking where you want, and at a time that suits you. eStatements are free of charge and can be printed or saved for your records.

eStatements are available for individual account holders on the majority of transaction and saving accounts, credit cards, personal loans, home loans, business loans and some investment loans. Joint account holders are not eligible for eStatements but can view their paper statements online.

Many personal banking and savings accounts are eligible to switch from paper statements to eStatements. Instead of a paper statement you will receive an email alert each time a new eStatement is available to view online. Simply logon to Internet Banking to view, save or print a copy of your eStatement.

When you switch to eStatements, you will also receive emails notifying you of any Important Information concerning your account. Log in to Internet Banking and view this information, which will appear as a message in the Internet Banking Message Centre.
