Regardless of whether the payment is made to a BankSA account or another financial institution, we require at least one day to process our side of the transaction. In addition, BankSA cannot control when a participant in the BPAY Scheme processes their side of the transfer/payment.
Therefore we advise you to allow up to two working days for your transfer/payment to process. Rest asured BankSA will always endeavour to process all transactions in a timely manner.
