An audit process has been developed to benchmark organisations against the HYPAâ?¢ Employer of Choice standards and be publicly recognised as HYPAâ?¢ Accredited once the standards have been achieved. This will signal to a young person who may be trying to decide between more than one job offer, that they HYPAâ?¢ Accredited organisation has demonstrated practices and pathways to help young people achieve.
