Our values are our guiding principles – they are the way we go about our work. What is important about values is that they are not qualities we aspire to, they are qualities we already have.
At BankSA we’ve always been proud of our unique culture. A culture shaped by the many staff, organisations and events that have made us the Group that we are today. Over 300 staff were involved in the process to refine and articulate our values – which we know as EXCITE, to ensure that they are a true reflection of who we are and what we value. In sharing our values with new team members and frequently revisiting them individually and as a team we will maintain our focus and our professionalism.
