Overseas travel insurance

Pay for your overseas return travel tickets with your BankSA Platinum Card and you automatically receive up to three months free travel insurance. Your spouse and dependent children are also covered when they are travelling with you and their tickets are purchased on your BankSA Platinum Card.

Domestic flight inconvenience insurance

When your domestic flight is paid on your BankSA Platinum Card, you, your spouse and dependent children are covered for the entire holiday.

  • Loss or damage to personal items

When you book and pay for overseas travel with your BankSA Platinum Card, you are automatically protected against accidental death and injury while riding as a passenger or when boarding or alighting a plane, tourist bus, train or ferry. Your spouse and dependent children are also covered when they are travelling with you and their tickets are purchased on your BankSA Platinum Card.

Purchase cover insurance

With most new personal items purchased on your BankSA Platinum Card you immediately receive up to 3 consecutive months of cover against theft, loss or damage.

Extended warranty insurance

With most new personal items purchased on your BankSA Platinum Card you automatically receive up to 12 months free extended warranty on the manufacturerâ??s expressed Australian warranty.
