The Landlords Residential Property insurance is designed to protect your investment. We can arrange cover for flats, units, apartments and houses that are leased or rented to tenants. We can arrange cover for a range of events that includes -
- Accidental Damage cover
- Malicious damage or vandalism by tenants (subject to additional excess)
- New for Old contents replacement
- Landlords fixtures, fittings, furniture, carpets (Up to $5,000 automatically. Option to increase value)
- Rent Default and Tenant damage (optional)
- Liability Cover (up to $5 million)
